I agree - where's that digital clock? That was the feature that motivated me to download the docklet: partially because the icons just look soo pretty in the screenshot; partially because I just can't deal with analogue clocks. Please upload the digital clock feature!

Glad to see the upgrade Judge. This Systats is what makes Object Dock so much better than a configurable row of shortcuts. With the old version I was having some problems with keeping config changes. They would seem to randomly time out after a while with Dock upgrades, etc. ( no matter how I saved them) Dl'd and carfully installed the new version per instructions, after removing all old systats stuff. LOVE the new weather..and the pngs for condition have always been great. Uptime and Dig Clock..no probs. Could not find the minute and hour hands for the analog clock in either download package..they don't seem to be in the files. Initially had only bg and second hand reading..couldn't find the images for the hands anywhere. Finally DL't the older systats port for the different time zone clocks..used those hands..put them in the "image" not icon file..then the anlogclock_new.ini loaded and worked fine. I can't get traffic in/out to read an

I assume you're talking about the weather config? You don't have to change anything. Just enter: mytown,canada. e.g. quebec,canada (no spaces all lower-case)

Hi Judge,

Congratulations on your work and particularly on SysStats. I have a problem: when I open up the SysStats config dialog and then hit the Controllers tab, the list of all of the controllers in the docklet on the right-hand side is always void! So, I can't use any controller.
Moreover, many of my docklets should be shortcuts and I can't figure out any way to implement a shortcut in SysStats 2.5.2 other than trough a shortcut controller.
Thanks for any possible help.

Have you hit the help button? Here's some pointers. Add a shortcut controller - you will get a 'New controller' in the right hand list. Select it and hit the 'Configure...' button. Set it up to point at what you want. Then select how you want it to be triggered from the drop-down trigger list - typically left-button down.

You're done.

I probably was incapable of explaining the whole situation. The right hand list is void and the drop down list is void, so there is no way to add any controller.
So I tried to substitute, in the _New.ini:
[control]
Controllers-Count=0
- for:
[control]
Controllers-Count=1
[control-0]
Name=Shortcut
Type=Shortcut Class
MeterIndex=-1
MessageType=513
OverlayPath-Count=0
Key=0
PassThrough=0
Args=
StartIn=
selector=
Shortcut=C:\Program Files\Rainlendar\RainlendarToggle.exe
Then I added a new sisstat docklet to the dock and loaded the new _New.ini config. To no avail! All my lists, right hand and drop down, remained void and the docklet saved the config, reverting to:
[control]
Controllers-Count=0
Btw, I hit the help button and read everything, but no use.
Thanks anyway ...

Hi Judge,

I read a comment elsewhere on uninstalling and then installing again MSXML4 to fix stability problems with SysStats 2.5.2 and so I decided to give it a try.
So I uninstalled MSXML4 and ... my controllers reappeared! I'll not reinstall MSXML4 for the time being.
Isn't it fascinating? Do you think there is an explanation?

Hi people,

I reinstalled MSXML4 and my controllers are still there and everything semms normal. So it seems my problem with controllers was due to a bad MSXML4 installation.
So it seens that uninstalling and then installing again MSXML4 is a kind of panacea solution for trouble with SysStats 2.5.2!

Okay, so call me stupid, but you say it can do Widgets. Are you saying that it can do Widgets as in the ones used by Konfabulator and alike or Widgets as in for Sysstats only?

Hi,M8s!!
This stuff is working fine wiv my ObjectDock. I just have 1 prob about the "Label" making for weather dock!
Example:the way I get my weather dock work
1. Config "weather" url "http://xoap.weather.com/weather/local/UKXX0112?cc=*&unit=m"
2. label config--- Format:%s ;Meter:weather ;Selector://dnam
3. Then I can get the weather info & label-"My city's name(plymouth, United Kingdom)"
4. change step2. --- Format:%s ;Meter:weather ;Selector://t
5. then I can get the label--"weather condition(like:cloudy,rainning)" when I point my cursor on my weather Dock
6. so,how can I do that I can get both of the "city name"&"weather condition"??????????How type the command?

Thx

I'd like to know a way to configure the Lable to show the location and current conditions as well.
I would assume some combination of /cc/t and //loc/dnam but haven't been able to figure it out.

Also, I don't know if it is just my configuration, but I can't seem to make the docklet to *not* update after every keystroke when editing the lable. I'd really like to have an Apply button added and not have the docklet update until Apply or Ok is clicked.

Hi there, Judge. I didn't came here to criticize or complain for compatibility or "I can't read anything" or else... just to say thank you so much for a great docklet, man!

I'm quite new to ObjectDock and was taking a look at your docklet. It just makes all the difference. Thanks for making this pearl available, man!
