I wonder if the problem is on your side? or maybe the site is having problems.
I only say this because over 900 other people have downloaded it without reporting a problem.
I have never had any problems downloading filenames with spaces in them (??)
Maybe try again later or contact a site sysadmin?

I have no control over the Wincustomize site downloading.
Can you download other things, and just not my item?
Have you mentioned this to a site admin?
Have you tried again recently in case it was site congestion?
Please contact the Wincustomize admins first.

As of Sunday 16th January 2005 this product still cannot be DOWNLOADED
but it tell one that they have downloaded it so far 60 times downloaded today.

Download problems should be fixed now - apparently my file was not copied to both of Stardock's servers so...

Rename the file to 'world clock.zip' and unpack it. There's documents inside.
When I first uploaded it, the site was very new and would not let me upload any ODock related stuff unless it was called .odock. I'll see if it's possible now and do an update.

What is the size of the file? It should be ~173k (= 181 167 bytes).
Can you tell me exactly what steps did you take?
What you say doesn't help me much (I can see English is not your first language - that's OK!)

An updated file is now available (in ZIP format) with a small enhancement to allow timezone differences of other than exact hours eg 3.5 hours.

You have to edit the VBS script. It's in the readme.
