"Invalid usage. Specify the menu section name as the first command line parameter"

This may be a dumb question, but what is the menu section name and where is the first command line parameter?

put Ms Office in the argument line...you might have to edit KkMenu config file. should look something like this I removed Power Point(dont have) [Image]
File Name = "Kk Menu Aqua.png"
Alpha = 192
Metrics: A-V = 64,16,32,16,64,0,64,80,112,128,64,32,16,64,0,80,160,208,256,288,368
Font: Face,Size,Style(BIU) = "Arial",16,"B"
Font Normal Color: R,G,B,A = 0,0,0,255
Font Highlighted Color: R,G,B,A = 255,255,255,255
Menu Item Border Width = 4

[Ms]
Word = "I","word_rainbow2003.png","c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\WINWORD.EXE",""
Separator = "S"
Excel = "I","excel_rainbow2003.png","c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\EXCEL.EXE",""

How do I put MS Office in the argument line? The test works perfectly, I just don't know how to make it work in the dock.

Perfect program - and what more - from a Czech, a fellow-countryman Only hope this functionality will be added directly to ObjectDock soon and will be skinnabel cos it does not match my current skin. Very well done although for "users" a bit difficult to figure out, how to make it work and customize it.

Step 1: To make the programs work you have to edit the filepath thats in KkMenu.ini with notepad. Under [MS Office] u'll see the program title, its icon, then its file path. Change the filepath to where the program is.
Step 2: Make a new shortcut in objectdock, set the link to where u have kkmenu.exe, for example ( C:\Program Files\ObjectDock\KkMenu.exe). Then set the Arguments in the new shortcut to "MS Office" (with quotation marks).
Step 3: Figure out how this works and personalize it.

Good Luck

I'm now having the same problems as hashonboat.. It's giving me an error saying it can't load Kk Menu Aqua.png.. I've tried everything, and it had worked fine before, I'm not sure what's going on.. The test Batch File still seems to work. I've checked the arguments in my shortcut, Any suggestions?

Try making two copies of the KK Menu Aqua.png, inside the folder where the kkmenu.exe is and 1 folder level up from it.

hope it works

this is great! thanks. had to move a DLL around (gdiplus.dll, had to put it in the system32 folder for some reason) and now it's working great. saves me a ton of room too.

How about putting up detailed instructions on how to set it up?

200 attempts and still no go...

Complicated items needs instructions.
