ok i have theme manager. does the whole suit work?.or just the icons?. i still can't get it to work. i'm new on the install parts of it. great theme,really cool.

ThemeManager is the update to Winstyle. Once you download the suite it should appear on the thememanager folder. Open the ThemeManager program, select the suite and click 'Apply' the program will download and install the skins

There is a bug on the ThemeManager program, try installing a most recent version of the program.

go to the file properties. change the zip in the file name to suite, then change the opens with to theme manager............
