Well.... if you want it in layman's terms.... the problems that i had were all fixed when i used a hodgepodge of what i read here (ty Lynn ) and my own trial and error. The key: the name of everything should match. i'm forced to use powerdesk on this comp so renaming things can be tricky and what i see when i go look for files looks way different than what y'all see sometimes. But basically i looked and saw what the animations were called in WB, which was GANT AVI's Then i went and made sure that the name of the folder and anything inside that folder that had that name in it said GANTAVI's as opposed to GANT AVIS And viola. Works the same for the toolbar. Just like Sesame Street... "one of these things is not like the others....." and then just rename Btw, i love this toolbar and the animations, i was so happy to get them working!

hmm....these things work only with internet toolbars not window toolbars

Should work on all toolbars. Try changing from Large Icons to Small Icons and/or back & forth and you should be good to go.
