This was done in Vue 4 with some touch up in Photoshop. Vue has an "underwater" atmosphere to use as a preset but I didn't like the effect. Just toyed around with the settings a bit until I found something I liked.

Thanks! The water was actually more of an accident. Seems like some of the best stuff I come up with is not what I originally set to do in the first place.

For a first attempt, this is very beautiful. This will certainly be my wallpaper. We don't have any rivers or lakes in the mountains of Afghanistan but now I have one on my desktop! LOL

The fish texture looks fake. only downside about it. Wonderful corals and seaplants. The water too. Lovely, but deal with that fish first.

You do know the only white coral is a dead coral do you? That coral in the middle of the screen looks dead. Unpleasant to look at.

Actually, I didn't intend for it to be a coral at all and any resemblance between it and any real coral, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
