simply unzip the file and put the folder that's in the zip in the web blinds directory. than choose it in settings

its pretty stupid how they dont tell you how to install--i spent around 5minutes fidgeting around with the webblinds settings and really you wouldn't get it without fidgeting around with it.. all you have to do is open IE, click on tools, Web Blinds Settings, and then in the general settings part of the Web Blinds Settings click on "Install from Disk" which is located under the arrow of the skins drop down menu.. open the .zip file(XPLogo.zip) and then wait a couple of seconds.. then click on the arrow of the throbber drop down menu and select "XPLogos"

I did that but it doesnt work for me. This is really getting annoying.
