One of my all-time favorites. 
But... there is one small problem with this skin using Outlook 2000 under Win2K: Outlook uses the scrollbar background color as the alternate-month calendar color. Since this color is 0x666666, the alternate months are unreadable.
I set this to a lighter color on my own personal copy, but I thought I'd let you know about it.

This is one of the finest skins ever produced but its unforunate it hasn't been developed in other colors schemes. A constant diet of dark color schemes to start my day with, can be depressing after awhile. How about some Pastel colors for a change, instead of Dungeon and Dragon color schemes, that require flood lamps to see...
