the only thing I would change is removing the syntax fron the UIS for the Program Titlebar Icon, It just looks out of place...

Thanks for all your comments... I'm currently working to fix a couple of things which annoyed me about the skin so you should see an updated version in the very near future.
I've also started work on my next skin which I hope will be an eye-opener.

I'm especially proud of the wallpaper, which is included in the archive.
Just open up the .wba file in WinZip and you should be able to extract it.
I will admit to being inspired by Mike Bryant's Subterfuge WB skin though.

I really like where you placed the icon for the WindowBlind.
