Mark, I lack sufficent artistic talent to make a wallpaper. Sorry.
I have never made cursors, but might try it. I'm an accountant and tax season is upon me so it probably won't be anytime soon.

I would say with the talent you've shown, you can make wallpaper if you set your mind to it. It's a elegant set-up as it is. You have very good taste.
My recommendation for a cursor would be to do something like Gold Cursors, but put a little jewel inside that glows or changes colors instead of the animation. I do like how the cursor shifts to make the "hand" for links.
It's a very nice skin. I have been using it for a while now. Goes well with cold weather, makes me feel cozy. Would be good in a law office or a jeweler.
Recommendations for others: The object bar has a tendency to drift. Hold the shift key down and use the mouse to move the individual pieces back into place. Don't click on the icons while moving or they'll activate. Unlike the windows start bar, you don't get certain submenus. To open a folder, double click on the icon, rather than use the submenu command "open", which isn't there.

I see I'm having the same prob as iramy78, but it seems a Firefox/WindowBlinds prob and not your theme, because other themes I've applied are doing it too. My prob is that if I have Firefox open and open something else, I have to minimize Firefox before I can see what I opened. Just thought I'd post as a FYI.
Edit: It looks like the prob goes away after rebooting. LOVE THE SKIN! WOO! lol

This skin stopped working with Windowblinds V5.01 (Build 76 x 86). I ran it through SkinStudio Pro and used TOOLS/ CORRECT SKIN ERRORS. It now runs fine as far a I know. Only the left window frame member was showing.
