This is good though your preview shows yello buttons which looks bad.
Some of the bugs are related to your metrics settings:
In SkinStudio go to the Misc. section and then "Skin Metrics". Change your caption height from 30 to 24 and you'll solve a lot of problems.

Unfortunately, the icons for IE and for Windows Explorer don't work. They stay the standard Windows XP Icons. I am running WB 4.10 Enhanced.

I believe you need Windowblinds 4.20 to have the toolbar icons activated.
