It's a bit all over the place, but it's a good effort. I've never made a windowblind, so I give you the credit for going through the grueling process. But it's just a bit crazy. No real continuity. 3 stars.

its really neat but the start menu was a bit too gross 
for my taste:(.other than that its a good for a first wb.

pues mira.., la neta si esta bien hecho, pero como dice Miss freeze me, el start menu tiene algunos detalles que creo que puedes mejorar.., no son la gran cosa pero si se notan...
por ejemplo:
-lo primero que salta a la vista es el fondo, trata de cambiarlo o volverlo aun mas oscuro.
-otro detalle son los separadores, como que son algo gruesos, no crees?
-finalmente el último detalle seria el borde izquierdo, los iconos junto con los separadores estan sobre la imagen de la cadena, como nunca he podido crear un WB no estoy seguro si se puede mejorar éste último detalle...
pero como siempre, aqui estoy para apoyarlos en lo que sea..., claro, solo moralmente

Presiento que si hacen un skin para el GUI Olimpics(y claro, si es que lo organizan de nuevo ), ustedes podrian ganar con sierta facilidad(pero claro, nunca se confien...).

Se le agradece Joven Tycus....pero lo más chistoso aqui es que este skin yo lo había borrado hace mucho tiempo, y apenas hoy que entre lo vi y pensé que Zael lo había subido....pero NO!!! el tampoco fue...es raro por que tambien hace mucho tiempo que habia subido los paquetes de sonidos y jamas aparecieron asi que desistí.....y me encuentro con la sorpresa que tambien estan...pero en fin no se que paso ahi.

mate still a nice try.Just a suggestion dont delete it. Try to pay attention on comments it will help u alot. Also try yo pay attention on your colors it really hard on on the eye

ésa fue una competencia que la misma página realizó ya hace tiempo, creo que fue desde el 2002 y despues hicieron otra el 2004, se supone que ya toca realizar otra éste año, pero me enteré de que le van a cambiar el nombre.
Las categorias que van a participar éste año son:
-WB
-CursorXP
-....y no me acuerdo cual mas
Pero ahi la llevan KkoNne..., ahi la llevan...
