Beautiful- simple, minimal, elegant. I wish more skins were like this!

A Vista version would just make the whole package perfect!

Dunno what crawled up vStyler and IR's butts, but this is a great skin!
Some people just doesn't apreciate/understand the art of minimalism.

Ok, it doesn't have the 'fancy-pansy' Vista bling-bling whistles and bells. so what?
Keep on making these great skins, Chris!

Thanks for the support snowman, classy and honorable guy
Thanks for the kind words kin242 and everyone else thanks for commenting, I understand minimal is not for the masses here but it works for me and I wanted to share this with others who also enjoy a minimalistic look and feel for their desktops.

Yes, it is a fine one indeed.
The start menu was a little strange to get used to for me. There was nothing for a mouse over state so I had to pay attention.
Overall though, a great job!

I love minimal skins. This one is perfect. Thanks for sharing this.

I'm using this WB now and I love it! I, myself, really do like minimal skins. It's all a matter of preference.

I used the port of Elfin for a while, and have had it on my system for years. This is a great addition. Thanks for sharing.

I would liked to have seen a mouse over menu item image for the start panel similar to what you are using for the all programs menu. A bit of hilighting helps when you are moving your mouse over items and maybe the addition of glow buttons (not too much glow, just the hint to indicate it's presence) for the min/max/close windowframe buttons. Other than that, this is really a nice looking minimalist skin. Nice job on this!

I have nothing against minimalist skins. This skin has a good base so to speak. I'd like to see the control panel work properly however. Conclusion: Good idea but isn't finished. Needs a bit of tweaking. Will reinstall when and if it is finished.

Your probably right but what i see is a series of grey rectangles, nothing more. Zero originality. IMO this goes against everything I think skinning is, anti-skinning so to speak and although I suppose it has its place, I find it almost offensive. Call me crazy but I dont have to like it right?
I have seen good Minimal skins, this just isn't one of them imo.

Like Simon Cowell, vStyler's opinion of this skin may not be popular...but it's honest and, in my view, correct. And...I bet there are many others who agree. The skin needs significant tweaking to earn a 'minimalism' rating.

Snowman you nailed it there.

'ART' being the operative word.Art is an expression of the soul. What is revealed here is a joyless soul.I cringe at the thought of somebody's first glimpses into customisation being anything done by the whole minimilistic scene.vStyler took me on a tour of customise.org and I was flabberghasted. If thats what is attractive to that crowd, why even bother.Load classic and change your colors...same effect and no software neeed.

I am so happy that the first skins I saw where Colony and Transylvania.I was inspired!
Chris, you did elicit a strong reaction from me...but it wasnt a pleasant one.Sorry I just frowned and left without explaining myself...I couldnt find the words.

Feel free to rip on my stuff...I dont mind,we are at opposite ends of the spectrum.Lotta people dont understand my work either.

No hugs or patronization needed, Sorry if some opinions are brutal but its the brutal ones that usually help a skinner improve by sending the strongest message. It's been explained why it is unattractive to some of us. You can take that or leave it. Makes no difference to me.

I'll take your comment and accept it. It's ok that we are all different and can appreciate different things. I like minimal and you like the other stuff, why the back and forth? I know you and the other guy don't like the skin.. so how many times will you tell me? I accept that you don't like it and you can be as brutal with your comments as you feel necessary, it's still not going to change my mind or opinion. You still could use a hug though because you are getting all worked up over something this small, take a step back and think about it.

I don't have to rip on your work bud I think we are all adult enough to allow others to have a difference in opinion in what they consider good and bad. Thanks for the comment either way.

Astounding by 2 stooges "assailed" the newbie, even their own skins are out of praise. One is harassing those masterskins, copycat masters' concept, apely,to be exact and porting unduly VSes to make ends mean-longing for the master position ASAP. The other one is making the bigger frame of Windowsblind skins I has ever seen which means "unaesthetic".

By the contrary,Chris's is more refreshing and inventive, easy for eyes. As the matter as the fact, should this skin has any plagiary in it,it would take down by Mods immediately.
