Very crisp, clean and usable....
I'm a big believer in unified font schemes so I'll be changing the horrid titlebar font to match that of the taskbar buttons etc but thats my only gripe. Great theme!

Ooberman, I use that font there because it doesnt require smoothing. Per Pixel frames do not support font smoothing so any normal font looks just plain BAD to me.

vStyler, this is an excellent skin, it really showcases your professional skinning abilities, I'm surprised you haven't released any master/premium skins on this site yet, this wb is just as good as any of the master skins I've seen released on this site to date.
