I have to agree. I went to your site, just to make sure, and they are all very similar. Now don't get me wrong, it's mile ahead of what I can do at the present time but you are up against some heavy competition. I do look forward to what you can do.

I HAVE to say... WOW SO TRON! For a guy who started skinning about a month ago, I think this is your best work and it shows! As your talents grow and improve, your skins will be awesome!! I've been looking forward to the TRON skin since day one. Continue with the cool works. Can anybody tell me how I can change font colors for IE and a few other areas? I have WindowsBlind 7 and still can't figure out how to change font colors which is odd considering WB7 made other things so much easier... it's not just for this skin, it's for any skin I have and will (to lessen the reverting volume). Thanks in advance...

By the way I remember watching Tron in theaters in 82, it remains one of my favorite sci-fi movies... it's real nice to see that we can apply nostalgic stuff to the digital age on our own PC's...

ill finish off the lcars windowblind tomoro as theres only the vista and xp taskbar and start button to do ,,then ill send you the wb and wallpaper and a screen shot..iv enjoyed doing it ,i hope you will like what iv done ,,

UNTILL YOU DOWN LOAD IT AND PLAY WITH THE BUTTONS ,I LIKE THE SOUND TO WHEN YOU PUSH THE BUTTON.ALL SO I TINKERD WITH THE COLOUR A BIT STILL TRYING TO CHANGE THE FONT AS CAN NOT SEE THEM ON WHITE BACKGROUND BUT THE BLIND IS VERYGOOD KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK �

paul go to titlebars and windowframes section in sk7 and go to the text tab and you get a colour section and font section, click on those of which you want to change, it will bring up another window and click on change font /or change colour and then chose what you want.....hope that helps xx

I hope u don't think me too flaky but I have gone to the Fonts section in WindowsBlind 7 and tried to toy with the font options to little avail and I personally find it a little too limited. Where exactly can I find the titlebars & windowframes? To y'all, I am deaf so I'm a little envious of the sound effects that u guys can hear on a skin BUT at least I can see & watch them visually. I'm so addicted to WindowBlinds that I change them 5-10 times a day and have over 100 of them in my collection... Best to all...

Paul, as Kitty, said, you can only do that in Skin Studio 7. You would have to load the blind into Skin Studio, then follow what Kitty said above. Windowblinds will only change things system-wide, not just individual parts of the blind.

Oh! Thank you guys. I thought it was just a naming convention for WB7 and so forth... I guess there's so many things to Wincustomize than just Desktop Themes, WindowsBlind and Object Dock... lol.

(Chuckles)I was expecting this. Permit me to explain. Yes...except for my LCARS skin , you're right. My skins have a very specific style. Alot of artists fall into this kind of pattern. A Rembrandt is easily distinguished From a Van Gough , And Either look nothing Like a Picasso. No I'm not comparing myself to the masters here. I'm drawing a correlation. Yes Thus far My skins look like the were hatched from the same egg. The reason is this. 1. One is inspired By the other. 2. This is my personal preference. My personality if you will. 3. I'm making these for myself and am competing against no one. 4. At this time these are my idea of what the well dressed os are wearing. 
No I'm not a "Skinner" I'm only a beginner. But this is not my profession. I'm a Truck Driver I Drive an 18 wheeler. I'm also a 40 year old Grampa Who is at heart Still a 6 year old boy who just walked out of the theater after wathching Star Wars for the 1st time. I'm a Kid with a head full of SciFi movies. I wanted to find certain things here on Windowblinds. Not finding what I was looking for I made the decision to learn to draw them myself. (I suggest the nonskinner Critics do the same) It's very liberating to make something that is perfect for you. This way When you tell someone the way you would do something. You can.) Just my opinion. I decided to share What I wrought. As I learn more I employ the new skill to the skins. I've already drawn. I'm sorry if this sounds bad. But you have been honest and blunt. now permit me forbearance. I mean no dissrespect at all folks. I see alot of artists putting out what to me looks like variations on a theme as well. I see an awfull lot of Grey and black themes. There's nothing wrong with that. Some folks like Grey ,,,,I like Blue. For some the grey is a necessary compromise they didn't intend but were forced to use to accommodate other os's And I understand the necessity to compromise ones vision to accommodate all the os's out there. To Madcat. Thanks for taking a special interest in My LCARS Project. Useing my newly learnd skills And tools. I also am improving and adding to What is shaping up to be a very cool and complete Suite of LCARS. to include TNG Substyles. To Paul. Sorry about the Text color again.I don't understand what is different on your windowblinds that refuses to work with you. I can change virtually any color on mine and I have an older version. But to that end, I made 4 substyles for Vista alone that were supposed to solve the Font issue. I did what I was told to by 2of3. If this didn't work ,I'm hopeless. Say what you like about XP. But everything I do works on my Xp beautifully. So write to microsoft And tell them to do something about it Heh Heh. 
I will be working On My LCARS for awhile to perfect it. But to make it useable to other than XP users. I will have to use a Grey background. That is so un LCARS Like. And I'm loathed to do it. Then I plan on doing Stargate Atlantis . Yes another flat monitor type theme. Hey I like them. At least It won't be blue. HE HE But I'm about done with this blue line drawing line of skins. So Thanks for your patience in this rather lengthy response. I just wanted to be Chrystal clear. Happy Skinning!

I would never have taken u for a 40 years trucker! I used to work at Microsoft and am hoping for a comeback someday lol! I am a fan of yours now particularly that you have selected the sci-fi category, that's my thing too - now I'm looking forward to the Stargate theme! I'm also 40. As kitty said, it appears like I need an extra app to further modify the font colors. Not to worry, I will revert between skins as I have 100+ of them. I use the ones with white backgrounds to do my studies & works and the dark skins including yours when I'm not as dependent on backgrounds & fonts... so everything is a win-win! Ahhh, I knew something was up with the litte green buttons... only if I could hear, smile!

Paul. Didn't know you were deaf. Have you always been? Yeah When I learned to put the sounds with the buttons. Well I had a little fun. No when most folks meet me the last thing they expect is me to be a trucker. When I'm in a place I must look like I own it 'cause folks always walk up and ask me for info as if I know anything. When I ask them why. They always tell me I looked like I was in charge. LOL
