It looks all good to me EXCEPT, the possible bug I noticed, or is it a feature?
I can minimize & maximize any window, BUT, there seems to be no "close window" feature, or it's just so dark I can't find it. Or rather, the space for the button IS there, but clicking it does nothing.
Whichever it is, without a close window button, it's no use for me, can this be fixed?

I know where the close button is, what I'm saying is, that it does nothing here (Vista Ultimate), does not close any window.
Again, the button circled in this Screenie does nothing on my system: 
I've rebooted the machine, switched to other skins and then back to this one, nothing helps.

VEEERY strange, Never heard of this problem before. The frame-buttons work on both 7 and XP for sure ! I have skinned it right. Must be something on your end. 
Try it on another machine if possible no matter what OS and check (preferrably Vista of course) And let me know how it goes. Good luck M-203 /Neone6
PS- Try deleting it, download and run it fresh ! DS.

Are you using perpixel frames or UIS2 frames? There was a bug in UIS2 fames in skin studio, when it comes to skinning the buttons. I had this problem with My Dirty Valentine skin, and it drove me nuts until I read the skinning tutorial by Vampothika, where she pointed out the bug and how to correct it.

Yup - I just tried the UIS2 only frames and there's the button glitch, making the close button completely dysfunctional.
Neone6 - have a look at the bottom image in Vamps tutorial on UIS2 buttons, to see how to fix the glitch.
