This is what the default Windows 8 UI should have looked like. It proves that "minimal and flat" doesn't have to be ugly!

Havn't tested it yet 'cause i want to use the Mac looking skin for a while .

very nice skin but I have a problem with windows explorer window, when it is not maximized the right side where the folders are is black, the whole background turns black and the fonts very fuzzy. It looks fine when the window is maximized, but I dont like to maximize my windows. Any ideas?

I figured it out with the help of another post, in the configurations I had to set the explorer background opacity to max, that did the trick.
