By the way, I'm seeing what may be a bug on one of my systems where the "close window" button is the same size as the min and max window buttons. On my other computer the close window button is larger as shown in the screenshot. Any thoughts?

What you are seeing is the UIS2 windowframes . These are a simplified version due to the fact that they don't support alpha channel transparency. If you go into the windowblinds config app, under settings, you'll probably see that you have "Do not use per pixel frames" checked off. Uncheck and reapply and you should be good.
