January 2016 Promotions including the Newest Master Skinner

We intended these for around the winter holiday but got a bit delayed. A couple times a year we recognize WinCustomize members who contribute skins and who are valued members of the community by also helping others on the forums as well.
We'll start off the year promoting these members, so a big congratulations to the following WinCustomize members.

Newest WinCustomize Master Skinner -- DaveBax
DaveBax has been a member of WinCustomize since 2007 and has created a number of skins in various categories during that time. He's been doing a fantastic job at WindowBlinds skins for a while now, and is in the top 5 WindowBlinds skinners. Several of the WC moderators nominated him for Master, and we're excited to announce his promotion!

Congrats DaveBax! I knew you were getting very close to Master level from the work you have produced for the past year or so. Your quality and artistic integrity have improved greatly over the years and I salute you!
