You have to have Desktop X running on your system
Then open the .dx file

oops that was weird...
1. you install Desktop X
2. You open the theme
3. you leave good comments telling me how wicked it is (optional but strongly advised) LOL

Ok
that is default in every OS system
for some reason you chose to hide it....
simply right click on your start menu and go to properties then check "show clock" at the bottom of the menu
then hit apply and wala! LOL
