Thats because it was made for 1024 by 768. Just change your computer res to 1024 by 768... i have a laptop so thats the biggest i can do

alright well what happens is it dowloads as a zip file. Any way i got around that but it is not funcitoning properly

Excellent!!! Matches perfectly the longhorn slate wb. I dl'ed and played around with it a lot. Still, I cannot find the way to make the bar stay in front of other application windows. I tried selecting all and setting them to "always on top" but this only makes the bar cover a part of the application window behind it. Any help really appreciated.
