hello BBartCP and i am truly sorry for answering you so late. I really am happy you like my LCARS and thanks alot for the words in your comment it reslly means alot. I made this LCARS for laptops and some desktops but again thankyou very much and it was hard work but i am working to make it better. You can however get desktopx online download and its the trial version but you dont have to pay for it even though the time is up, you can use as long as you like. I would really like to work with someone who wants to do my LCARS in Windowblinds that would be great to so would Dreamscape and unfortunately i dont have any of those because they costs to much for me right now but it doesnt matter because i have moved over to 3D CGI and i am currently working on my LCARS there and hopefully soon i can get it right and find somewhere to post it because the software im using will not work for reason in Windowblinds. I tried at a friends house a short version of LCARS in 3D CGI but for some reason the fonts wont work in Windowsblinds. Anyway that along way from now my LCARS being ready it has become a very difficult thing to create and not to mention a working warp core functioning in a 360 degree 3D enviroment. Really again i hope you see this reply to you and really thankyou very very mch and sorry if there is a problem with the resolution as it was made for 1024x768 but it will expand larger to some degree. I am currently working on that to.

Hello cghaveman, I have not used DesktopX. At the moment I have been using Windowblinds. So, I decided to see what DesktopX is like. I managed to Download DesktopX, then downloaded your LCARS Refit. Just to see what happens. I opened DesktopX after reading some instructions. I clicked on the button to load the desktop. It looks amazing with all the sounds and the winking buttons, but. LCARS does not cover the whole screen. It is just a small box sitting in the top left of my monitor. So, I went back the normal desktop setting. So, I am completely new to DesktopX and was reading up anything I could find using it. My PC is using Windows 10. Being new to DesktopX I do not know how to make the Theme completely work on my PC. Be most grateful if you can help. Thank you.

Hello again. I have been using the LCARS Refit even in its present size on the desktop. I must say that I enjoy using LCARS. It is the best I have come across and it does all that I could ask for. It is a beautiful piece of work. Well done to you.

WOW. Just came across this and IT. IS. BEAUTIFUL.
You have revived by rabid desire for an LCARS desktop. Way back when, I made myself an Active Desktop using components both made and gathered. Have to figure out some way to use this since I don't have DesktopX and Stardock no longer sells it (hey, Stardock - could you please either release it as freeware or put it it back for sale????). I echo the other calls for someone to assist you in turning this into a WindowBlinds skin or theme that will enable all of the parts you've made. Release this and LLAP as Master Skins - I'd gladly pay for them. I still have the System47 screensaver in my archives, so a Dreamscape for Win7 would be nice too!
