Flag is public image stock that I re-worked using Vagas Movie Studio to produce a low CPU usage .mpeg for a .Dream file for those of you who want a animated flag on your desktop - enjoy ! the Video preview is Not the actual video ..

this one crashes my desktop and explorer every time i load it

i did test this one on my computer a full day before i submitted it and it worked Perfect on my computer ! and it's still running 3 days later with No problems , not sure why you are having the problem ? I think the problems lies with either the Dream program or the deskscape program - i think their are some bugs still to work out . I did have to replace the .dll file in DreamMaker to get it to work properly before I could even make a .dream file .

Pretty Cool!
Does a good job as you said on CPU utilization, just a little jump on the loop. If you could clean that up that would be great.

I know what you mean about the loop . I tried it different ways but the only way i could make the loop perfect was to Fade out and back in again which left the screen black for a second - so i decided having the little glitch in the loop but still having the flag on screen was the best way to do this one ..

This uses .MPEG so there's a chance that if you've replaced your default MPEG decoder in Vista you could have problems.

I got the vista codec 4, is that what you mean?
What it does is, explorer stops working, dream scene stops working, explorer resets, but when looking at choices of dreamscenes, deskscapes arent available. Have to restart computer to be able to use deskscapes again.

Frogboy who are you referring too Me in making the file or the 2 people who crashed ? I have no problem on my computer with this Dream and my other Dream " MY Tree " 6pk seems to be working fine for all - no reports of problems with it - the problems must lie with computers running Vista and their make-up as to how it works with the Dream programs ? - I did have to replace the dreamControl .dll file in DreamMaker with the one from deskscapes to get DreamMaker to work to make the .dream file ??? These kind of problems are above my head will take a teckie to fiqure them out .. PS - I use an ATi Video card in my puter - most problems seem to be with N-Vidia cards , I think .

Its gotta be something with drivers or codecs. Maybe Nvidia drivers?

For who crache on their explorer my windows vista had in it's system vista codecs...maybe it's the proplem because i uninstall them, then install nvidia codec(pure Video) and it works greatly

It doesn't work for me, dreamscene plays only center of the screen! Can anybody help or some idea????

you need to open up your desktop backgrounds again and at the bottom under the vids or pics you select ( full Screen ) instead of center screen - that should fix your problem ..

I like the USA Dream but is there a way to make the colors brighter? Can a dream be reworked and how? I have tried to use the DreamMaker with AVI files and all seems to go well but then when I try to open them in DeskScapes nothing happens.

GOT TO USE MPEG OR WMV FILES NOT avi ..YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY A CONVERTER PROGRAM ATI TO MPEG ... THEN TRY IT 1
