What OS are you using? What edition/version of OD are you using? Does it crash with any font you select? If not, what font(s) causes it to crash?

Vista Ultimate OD 1.90 plus Build 535u crashs when I try to change to any font or color it works fine as long as I don't change the font or color would like to have the font white though easier to see thanks

This is odd... since I have the very same setup and I am not facing any problems (This is the system I am developing the docklet with). Do you have an unusual large amount of fonts installed?

Have you tried any of my other docklets which let you change the font/color, like DigitalClock or Uptime Docklet? Just to confirm that is a Docklet specific issue... since they all share the same code base.

I don't know which ones let you change the font color. I checked the docklets I have they don't let you change the font can you suggest one to try

I did... both Digital Clock Docklet & UpTime Docklet would let you change the color & font. Digital Clock Docklet Uptime Docklet

I tried both docklets I went to docklet settings and see no option to change font or color I'll keep trying

I just changed the font from tahoma to arial and from black to white the docklet crashed and when I restarted Object Dock the font remained white when it was set to tahoma it reverted back to black.

You may download updated version from aqua-soft forums... UpTime Docklet Digital Clock The upload did not worked well the last few weeks, so maybe they are not up to date. Antoher thing... could you test it by changing only either the color or the font... but not both?

I just tried both Uptime and Digital Clock and can change font and color with no problems. Tested Printer Docklet tried just the font crash then just the color crashed

Well... let me take a look at the Printer Docklet code... maybe I did something wrong when I added the code to change color/font that I did not noticed. Thanks for your help.

Mhmmm... I believe that what you want is not possible wirh the current ObjectDock features (or RocketDock/RK Launcher) such functionallity would require support from the dock environment as being able to tell the dock to hide the docklet or to show it later when some condition is met... unfortunately, such a feature is not available in the ObjectDock SDK.
